Smoked Garlic Dressing

1 head smoked garlic
2 anchovies
1/2 cup olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Worcestershire sauce
Salt and freshly ground pepper

Peel smoked garlic cloves. Place in blender with anchovies, oil, lemon juice, mustard and Parmesan. Blend. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire, Toss with Romaine lettuce.
